Ari started traveling to Cabo in the mid 70’s on fishing trips, and decides to move permanently to Los Cabos in 1992, bringing along his background on boat design, real estate and construction. He opened the first boat yard in the area, Cabo Yacht Center, which is known for its trained personnel and quality workmanship. He has designed and built several long range luxury sport fishing yachts, including the Gladiator and Pegasus.
Ari realized the fast growing pace in Cabo, so he decided to get more involved in the Real Estate and Home Construction industry after seeing the inconsistency and poor quality of the houses offered in the area. He felt compelled to design and produce a better product for his clients, with the same philosophy he builds and create luxury yachts.
The client is the highest priority for him and his team. It’s always being Ari’s desire to create the house his clients dream of and make it better than they ever imagined.
Communications and Public Relations Major, Design & Decoration specialist. She grew up in the construction business with her father, who owns a company in Durango, Mexico. Brenda moved to Guadalajara at a very young age to finish her studies, where she started her career working in one of the most recognized newspapers in the region, as editor.
She decided to move to Cabo in 2004 after she fell in love with the Baja Peninsula while vacationing. She has worked with some of the best Interior Designers in the area, and soon after was invited as Art Manager at Esperanza Resort, where she was working with very important artists in Mexico. She also has experience in the fashion industry and co-owns an Events company, where she dedicates some time to one of her favorite hobbies, designing and decorating events. She has an eye for details, style, and the ability to create custom and unique finishing on the houses, keeping always in mind what the client wants and needs.

He grew up in the construction business in mainland Mexico, and decided to move to Cabo more than 20 years ago, looking for more job opportunities for him and his family. He has more than 40 years of experience building houses and projects of any kind.
His ability to manage, teach and mentor the crew makes him the soul of the company. He has overseen more than 30 homes in Los Cabos, making him one of the most experienced construction supervisors in the area.
